About Me:: Hailing from Tucson Az, The Ark is on a mission to bring Holy Hip Hop to the city tucson. Along with fellow Christian emcee Nemasis, he plans to bring the good news of Christ through raw lyrisism that birthed hip hop years ago. Known for his jaw dropping metaphores and serious punch lines, and witty off the top freestyle skils, he labels all true Christian Hip Hoppers "The Last of a Dying Breed". "In the South West most of our own Christian Rappers only seem to care about making a name for themselves and putting on a good show", says The California native. From his home city of Tucson all the way to Azuza California, The Ark has left a mark for The Lord. After recently releasing his 2nd Opus under Godzland Productions he is continuing to push forward without a thought of looking back. Getting ready to open his very own studio section of Godzland Production, titled "Godzland East" he plans to bless other defenders of Holy Hip Hop with means of recording and an opportunity to make albums for the Lord. Currently working with fellow Christian artist THE MESSENGER, they are working on a collaboration album which will involve many Christian Artist's from Arizona and surrounding states. After getting saved in 2002 he found his calling in the HOLY HIP HOP MINISTRY a year later. Now he is pursuing the goal of bringing the 1st element of hip hop and mixing it with the 1st element of life to spread throughout the city of Tucson. With a heart for the salvation of the people and a love for the youth ministry, The Ark is prepared to wage war against the secular music industry, the evil that surrounds the city, traditionalism, the seperation between the body of Christ, and Satan himself.....

Favorite Music: I grew up listening to Boogie Down Productions, Rakim, Pete Rock and CL Smooth, Black Moon, LL Cool J, EPMD, Gangstarr and the list goes on. I fell in love with the Boom Bap technique of beat making which led me to purchase an MPC this year. Now I love HOLY HIP HOP, Cross Movement, Corey REd, Precise, R-Swift, Da Truth, Todd Bangs, Phanatik, Ambassador and the list goes on and on !!!!!
