- I love all genres of music (that doesn't mean I love every song I hear) and am very particular about the songs I truly love. I have a catalog of about 500 songs in my 49 year old brain, that I truly love and about 10 of those songs were written by me. To show you how particular I am, I have written about 200 songs and only ten of them, in my mind, are worth remembering (That's probably why I struggle sometimes at gigs, remembering some of my own lyrics).
